Why ski Gudauri?

Gudauri is the secret that serious powder skiers have been quietly passing around for a decade. At 2,196m, it sits high in the Greater Caucasus and receives consistent cold, dry snow. The lift network has been significantly upgraded in recent years, the off-piste terrain is vast and largely untracked, and Georgia itself is one of the most hospitable countries on earth — the food, wine and culture are extraordinary. Prices are roughly a third of comparable European resorts.
